Westlington
Brook Winery
Westlington Brook is
a small vineyard - just 3 acres - which has been planted, tended
and pruned by us and our friends. We also hand pick the grapes
and make all of the wine. Our vineyard may not be on the Margaret River scale
- but our wines are excellent. We have planted 850 vines
each of shiraz and
cabernet sauvignon, with some merlot and pinot noir. The white
varieties include chardonnay, semillon, sauvignon blanc and
riesling - just a few of each type. The Winery is an open plan
style so that you can see the progress of the wine making process.
